Happy Monday Plodders. The club will be attending the Danson Santa Dash 5K in December. I personally thought this is a perfect goal date for everyone on the “Couch 2 5K” course to work towards. Not only is it going yo be great fun, it will also get you your first 5K run and medal in before Christmas and the New Year.
Write the date down and work towards it. From what I have been seeing everyone of you guys on the course is more then capable of smashing this…………
